What is the job?
Well, to put it bluntly we are working on solving a complex computer science problem, one that has not been solved yet, specifically related to computational and temporal determinism in time-constrained distributed computing systems. This project is part of a larger program to engineer a software development and deployment toolkit for rolling out certain autonomous cars of the future plus L3+ ADAS systems several years from now. This will be the foundation for true autonomous driving level 4, and beyond!(we will need you to sign our NDA to learn more. The bottom line is that this kind of work and accomplishments will be a unique addition to your career and CV)
Requirements
- Distributed/deterministic computing
- Very good C++17/C++14, or very good with Rust (for memory safety, reliability, determinism)
- Experience with CMake and/or Bazel for build systems and CI/CD
- High attention to detail
- Capable of independently and quickly finding your way through new problem spaces
- Familiarity with operating system design and/or process scheduling
