Mr. Belliveau is the Founder and a Principal in the firm of ROMAN ARCH Clean Energy Finance, an international strategic consulting, project finance and financial advisory firm, focused on the development and financing of infrastructure, natural resource and renewable energy projects. The firm has a particular interest in deploying alternative energy as an international development vehicle in emerging markets. Interests extend from North America to Europe, the Middle East, and throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. Mr. Belliveau is also a Managing Director with CNS Global Advisors, a strategic advisor and global network of professionals that provide advisory services to growth-stage operating companies, development companies, and investment companies.
Mr. Belliveau has over 30 years of experience advising companies, as an investment banker and in a senior operating and financial capacity, on all aspects of strategic positioning and capital raising initiatives. A native of western Massachusetts in the United States, Mr. Belliveau began his career as an engineer with The Dow Chemical Company before moving on to Wall Street where, as a senior investment banking professional with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Prudential Securities, he advised U.S., Europe, Middle East and Asia-based companies on all aspects of equity and debt financings, strategic positioning, and merger & acquisition analysis. As an investment banker, Mr. Belliveau completed 48 public and private equity financings, 14 debt financings and 15 financial advisory assignments, encompassing over 100 successful client engagements.
Mr. Belliveau received an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in International Public Policy from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (“SAIS”) of the Johns Hopkins University in Washington, DC. He received dual BS degrees in Biochemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and participated in senior executive programs at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and London Business School, among others.
Mr. Belliveau is a FINRA Registered Representative with Weild & Co., member FINRA/SIPC, and holds the Series 79 (Investment Banking) and Series 63 (General Securities) licenses.
