The appointment comes as Basemark enters its next phase of commercial growth. The company’s Rocksolid® platform has established a strong position in automotive AR and HMI, including Basemark’s recently announced collaboration with Lucid Motors on the AR head-up display experience for Lucid Gravity. Building on this automotive foundation, Basemark is expanding its focus to defense and other mission-critical environments where real-time visualization, low-latency rendering, multi-display orchestration, and reliable human-machine interaction are increasingly important.
As CSO, Juha will lead Basemark’s global sales organization and focus on expanding customer relationships, strategic partnerships, and repeatable commercial models around the Rocksolid® platform. His mandate includes supporting key automotive and defense opportunities, strengthening Basemark’s partner ecosystem, and helping customers apply Basemark’s AR and HMI technology in demanding real-world environments.
Juha brings more than two decades of experience in technology sales, partnerships, and business development across Europe and North America. He has held senior roles at Nokia, Accenture, HP, OptoFidelity, and most recently Immersal, part of Hexagon, where he served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development. His background spans deep technology, computer vision, automotive, industrial markets, enterprise customers, and global partner ecosystems.

His experience across Silicon Valley, European industrial markets, and global enterprise customers strengthens Basemark’s ability to engage OEMs, Tier 1s, defense primes, and technology partners.
