Technical Artist, Graphics Software Integration

Are you a Very Technical Artist, interested in long term stability and the latest graphics tech? This is a very scientific role actually, you will get to work on a viciously talented team to work on all the latest that automotive tech has to offer. This is it!

Whether it’s merging Compute with Graphics in a real-time environment (by way of Vulkan GPU), real world autonomous intelligent systems, machine learning, computer vision, algorithms, or building upon AutoSAR Classic & Adaptive and Linux stacks for a safety critical full solution……we are shaking the Earth by creating the world’s first end to end automotive software platform, and, tools for the Software-defined Car.

We are world-class experts in real-time 3D graphics, compute programming and design. We have the customers, we have the technology, and we are scaling up our tech by productizing it and adding further compute and graphics capabilities as we change autonomous driving forever (and for the better). And with an infusion of millions in cash from investors, we are hiring more world-class experts to help us build our products to scale.

We are now hiring 5-10 additional Technical Artists!

As Technical Artist, Graphics Software, you will work on both internal products (BATS and Rocksolid Core), and customer projects too (if you like). Our internal work is performant graphics integration. Our external project is production and implementation of HMI Cluster using Qt.


You will also be working on asset production, in both preparation and implementation, and optimization of the assets considering the engine and technical limitations.


  • Proficiency in 3D asset production (modeling, texturing, keyframe animation)
  • Experience with one 3D engine (Unity / Unreal)
  • Software:  3D authoring tools: Blender / 3DS Max / Maya etc. Qt Design Studio / Qt 3D / Qt Creator

Nice to have:

  •        Kanzi would be a big plus
  • Good understanding of VFX (morphs, particles, shaders, materials, textures)
  • Experience working with QML
  • Understanding of optimizations techniques (mesh optimizations, UV space, image compression techniques, shader usage etc.)
  • Experience with real-time graphics development
