Basemark, which burst onto the benchmarking stage in 2016 and has been the darling and nemesis of mobile device builders, recently announced its newest GPU benchmark. However, this one is the first benchmark in the market to benchmark ray tracing with Windows DirectX 12, Linux, and Vulkan. Ray tracing is being added to the benchmark that supports Android, iOS, Linux, MacOS, and Windows.
