Basemark GPU 1.2 Beta is ready - please license now!

Compare Apple devices with everything else!

The development of Basemark GPU 1.2 is progressing towards an end-of-year release. We have just released a Beta version of our flagship benchmark to customers who use it for chip and driver development.

Basemark GPU 1.2 adds iOS and macOS to our list of already supported operating systems: Android, Windows, and Linux. We include OpenGL ES 3.1, OpenGL 4.5, Vulkan 1.0, DirectX 12 and Metal, making our support for graphics APIs second to none. A new test makes it possible to also analyze the performance and driver quality of embedded devices and low-end smartphones.

With the new features in Basemark GPU 1.2, you will be able to analyze and compare the 3D graphics performance of very different devices. You can compare smartphones, tablets, notebooks, Windows and Linux desktop PCs, etc. With the new low-end workload, you can expand the evaluation to many industrial systems, ranging from cars to digital signage, where it’s important to find optimal SoCs with well-functioning drivers.

The Basemark GPU 1.2 Beta version is available for corporate customers now; please contact us for licensing options. The public version of Basemark GPU 1.2 will be available in December 2019.
