We cover both compute and graphics, there is no middleware on the market that covers both. Both compute and graphics need to access the same processor and GPU underneath, and since we are able to cover both and schedule the work between both, this leads to performance superiority for our solution, compared to separate solutions.
This is a key role on our development team that we’re building currently in Helsinki. You will take full SIL & HIL testing responsibility of an embedded ECU SW built for automotive camera-based applications where computer vision plays a central role.
You will make sure that the complete ECU HW & SW is kept up-to-date whenever some new or updated SW modules become available from the development team. Testing is done on the SW component level by writing needed mock-up tools in C++, and Python too. You will build test automation from scratch so that at the end of the project our customer is able to use the same test environment in their own test laboratory. Documenting your work for the end customer is naturally a crucial part of your work. Testing also includes performance and stability analysis of the complete SW component chain where all SW components are acting together.
You will also report the test results regularly to the customer and participate in several meetings related to bug tracking and information exchange.
SIL testing (mock-up tests) will be carried out with pre-recorded video data and HIL tests with real camera HW connected to ECU.
- Strong C++ experience and knowledge in embedded systems (SoC)
- Strong understanding in test automation in professional environment
- Experience with Python or other scripting language for building test automation
- 3-7 years in embedded systems testing on component level (SIL testing)
- 3-7 years in embedded systems testing on system level (HIL testing)
- Knowledge in Autosar Adaptive is considered a plus
- Experience with Linux
- Fluent written & spoken English
