In this role, you won’t just be managing numbers; you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, combining the responsibilities of both a financial and business controller. If you have a solid background in accounting, finance, audit, and experience in financial modeling, along with a deep understanding of both external and internal accounting, and an interest in the software industry, we’re eager to meet you!
As our Group Controller, you’ll dive into everything from management reporting to forecasting and overseeing our group’s external accounting processes. You’ll take charge of monthly management reporting, keeping our P&L and balance sheets up-to-date, and ensuring our budgeting and financial control processes run smoothly. You’ll also have a hand in managing sales and purchase invoicing and even supporting funding transactions when needed.
Your role won’t stop there— taking charge of ESG reporting and supporting payroll management, and tackling various ad-hoc projects or analyses, will also be part of your exciting day-to-day. You’ll report and work closely with our CFO, acting as their right-hand in all things finance, and playing a key role in shaping the financial strategy of our growing company.
What are we looking for in you? Ideally, you have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and you bring a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. A solid understanding of both internal and external accounting practices is essential, preferably in an international group setting, as are strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Having experience in implementing a financial system is a huge plus. Experience in the software industry would be great, but it’s not a deal-breaker. You’re someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives both independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and spoken English language skills is a must since it is our working language.
